  2、非订单材料可以通过开立申购单进行申购采购，通过申购单可自动生成采购单；
  4、加工材料托外加工单可以显示相应外发材料的各种状况，并可以对加工商进行托外材料的盘点，监控材料使用情况；
  5、有条件的企业可以要求供应商线上下载采购单及回馈采购单相应交期进度情况；

   1、仓库收货严格按照暂收、检验、入库的方式进行，货到工厂后，第一时间进行暂收，暂收后自动转到品检进行检验，检验合格后方可办理入库手续。
   2、仓库发货按照生产派工领料计划进行发料，并按订单需求量严格控制领用量。非订单材料开立领料申请单，仓库按照申请单进行发料。
   3、盘点、报废、调整、调拨、都必须在系统中开立相应单据，做到“物动单动”，保证库存账务的准确性。
   4、可通过系统进行呆滞材料管理，快速查询呆滞料情况，并进行转仓利用处理。
